What helps me most

You do not have to have any of this settled. But if you already know it, it saves us both a round of emails.

Who is in the room. Survivors, staff, donors, families, or a mix. It changes how I write it.
What the evening has to do. Open a conference, carry a donation appeal, thank a team, mark an anniversary.
Roughly when. Even the month is enough to start.
How long you have for me. The keynote runs thirty to sixty minutes and I will fit your program rather than the other way round.
What you are worried about. This is the useful one. Most planners are worried the room will end up heavy. Say it and I will tell you exactly how I handle it.

A straight answer on cost

There is no price list on this site, because the keynote alone and the keynote with the full show are two different evenings, and a charity budget and a corporate wellness budget are two different things.

Ask me and I will give you a number in the first reply. If it is more than you have, say so, and read the note on the fundraiser page about getting a local business to sponsor it. That route has worked well and it costs your budget nothing.
