## What helps me most

You do not have to have any of this settled. But if you already know it, it saves us both a round of emails.

- **Who is in the room.** Survivors, staff, donors, families, or a mix. It changes how I write it.
- **What the evening has to do.** Open a conference, carry a donation appeal, thank a team, mark an anniversary.
- **Roughly when.** Even the month is enough to start.
- **How long you have for me.** The keynote runs thirty to sixty minutes and I will fit your program rather than the other way around.
- **What you are worried about.** This is the useful one. Most planners are worried the room will end up heavy. Say it and I will tell you exactly how I handle it.

## A straight answer on cost

There is no price list on this site, because the keynote alone and the keynote with the full show are two different evenings, and a charity budget and a corporate wellness budget are two different things.

Ask me and I will give you a number in the first reply. If it is more than you have, say so, and read the note on the fundraiser page about getting a local business to sponsor it. That route has worked well and it costs your budget nothing.
